Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once your order ships.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions. Shipping options include:

Standard Shipping

• Cost: $12.95
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping

• Available on orders over $50
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
• Carrier: EMS

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed with fairness to both our customers and our business.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving the shipment, provided:

• The item is in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition
• All original packaging and tags are intact
• The return is initiated within the 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All hand tools and specialty workshop equipment
• Any item that has been installed, used, altered, or is not in its original packaging

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number
4. Ship the package to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
