We ship globally (excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions) to get you the parts you need for your Panhead, Sportster, or custom build project.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Moto Core Parts purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Our Return & Exchange Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving the shipment, provided the item is in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of certain components, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Tools: All hand tools and specialty workshop equipment
Additionally, any item that has been installed, used, altered, or is not in its original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
1. Initiate a Request
Within the 15-day window, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
2. Receive Instructions
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Ship the Item
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive the item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will process your refund promptly after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Timeline
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and approve your return.
Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is approved, subject to product availability. Standard or free shipping terms will apply.
