Points Seal Installer Tool – Triumph BSA – Late ’68 And Up OEM # 60-1810

This points seal installer for your Triumph motorcycle keeps from tearing your oil seal when installing your timing cover. You won’t know if you tore your seal until after you have reinstalled your points plate and timed the engine, if you have a leak oil will get past the seal and leak into the dry timing housing. This tool threads into the end of your cam before you fit your timing cover back on, and the taper helps easily guide your cover in place while protecting the oil seal. This tool is for Triumph and BSA motorcycles late 1968 on up with 28 tpi (threads per inch) UNF threads. This includes BSA B25, B44, B50, A50, A65 and Triumph T100, T120, TR6, T140, TR7 etc. This is a replacement for Triumph factory tool OEM # 60-1810.
